Another "finally Friday".

Crazy stuff going on. Demand on us remains steady. What's the deal, are people somewhere still partying?

I am kind of frustrated. The office manager had given me some papers late Wednesday. I began researching them and discovered that they were April expenses that I had never been given for entry to the spreadsheets. This is a sizable amount which will totally change the complexion of the spreads. We are going to take this issue up this morning. If these spreadsheets are not complete, accurate, and timely how can we use them as a management tool.

The business has been "hubbing" it of late. The owner has tried to do some "major" transactions on a cash basis and it is very slowly kicking our tail. While his idea is good, I don't think all the stars are aligned to do this. I think it is pretty tough to make cash acquisitions that equate to about twenty-five percent of the projected net income. We can wish that this business was that lucrative.

I am getting antsy. My one neighbor, the only hope for delivery of the "supposed" box, still has not returned. I guess they chose to vacation "around the Fourth". I am ready to ripple the pond so I wish they would hurry up and get back.
