Wild and woolly lately. Sorry for the absence of posts.

I have been wearing two hats, parts store and trucker/dispatcher. I might add I am wearing neither too well. Krl has tried to step in today and look for loads, but it seems we are one call too late and the loads are already gone.

I subscribed to a load board and it tells you what date and time a load has been posted. A while ago, I was watching as the board updated and there was a load posted that minute, showing zero calls asking about it. I called and the load was gone. Crazy!

I have been reading a couple of books Rian had given me Christmas. One is Running With Giants, a book about what Old Testament Heroes want you to know. It was interesting.

The second book is Good to Great. It is looking at companies and comparing what differences were that made one go on too become great, while the other lagged behind. I am having a problem with some of the read because some of the companies have, since this book was published, been in the middle of take-overs, bankruptcy, and or Wall Street bail outs.

If the author knew then what I know now might possibly want to change a few things.

It has been a crisp lovely West Texas day. Light steady rain in the midst of falling temperatures.

We have to bring in all Krl's plants tonight.
