Well, it is almost like watching paint dry.  The final bathroom is moving very slow, but I am optimistic that all the tile and all the grout will be in place by days end.

The painter has been here two days and benn taping and bedding and floating muc.  He lacks one more coat and then we will be ready to texture the walls and ceiling.  There isn 't a whole lot of area in that bathroom for paint because the shower is tiled all the way to and including the ceiling.

I am hopeful that by mid week, we will be done.  Paint, sealer and all.  Then we will direct our attention to the ceilings in the kitchen and my bedroom.

I am so ready to get my room in order and do away with all the plastic bags!


We got six tenths of an inch of rain at the farm shop last night.  I have heard reports of an inch and a half in town.  The clouds were moving southeast, two different cells, then began to travel south west.  Very violent storms, wind reports to 100mph and hail as large as softballs.  Luckily we didn't experience any of that here..

Soo, the farming is on hold for today.
