The list is getting shorter!

Actually the list is completed. #22 is hereby declared battle ready! Bring on the DOT inspection, the seasonal permits. It is done!

We completed the work on the truck this morning. Everything is cherry! Lights, A/C, everything! I am more confident of this truck than I have ever been.

The next part is the painful part. I need to fuel it. SMc thieved the fuel out of it while it was at his house. That is O.K. I know what I put in it to winterize it. Hopefully for him, he countered it with the anecdote, otherwise "hello fuel injection pump repair". I suppose it will be worth the lost fuel if he bites the bullet! $600.00 to fill the truck. Wow!

I plan on running the truck to Anson to get a DOT inspection. This may make it not feasible to take it to Abilene and drag the travel trailer to my house this afternoon. We may have to delay the day one day.

It sure is a good feeling.

One down, one to go. Now to the S-10.

Tommi in the office cooked some food last night for a funeral today, she was thoughtful enough to prepare lunch for everyone in the office as well. King Ranch casserole, spanish rice, and pinto beans. Very good. Thanx Tommi.

We went on an excursion earlier today. Inspected several possible acquisitions. We are doing a package offer and an individual item offer as well. This is one of those delicate situations where you have to be diplomatic in offering a dollar amount, hopeful that you don't insult the current owner. Some of this equipment is old. There is a limited market. Our need is seasonal, but some of the equipment would work for us.

I had not had opportunity to go cross cotton country. There is some cotton out there! And it is popping like pop corn! Gorgeous!

I need to find another gear. Lots to do yet. And time is wasting!

FATHER thanks for the productive day yesterday, I pray for a good day today. I ask for continued healing and renewal for Krl and me.
