Late night last evening. I had to reprimand an employee, one of those unpleasant aspects of management. This particular employee decided he was going to change his job description and before night I had a steady trail of truck drivers flocking to see me.

I have two brothers who help load and tarp the seed trucks, they wake up drivers as it is necessary for them to change positions in the loading process, and they sweep and clean the loading area. I get the feeling these two brothers are not getting along living and working together. One bears the load, the other manipulates the hours and work load to his advantage. I had Roy serve as a witness and interpreter to make sure there was no mis-understanding. It sometimes amazes me how an employee can get so upset at me when they need to be upset with themselves. It is equally amazing that we have become employees looking to do the least for the most, not a whole lot of pride left in a job well done!

The GM of the plant is going to have to step in. Some of his personnel are causing problems that affect the entire operation. Nine times this week production has stopped because the man feeding the modules let the feeder run out. His supervisor (who brown noses with the GM) seems to think this is not a problem. The trickle down theory is evident throughout!

FATHER, I am going to need some help keeping my tongue bridled today. I ask for safe passage for Krl and the hound boys and hound girls as they travel to St. Lawrence. I ask for a smooth night and day tomorrow as Krl and I travel to Lubbock for Rian's graduation. I continue my prayer for Hag, Lillie, Rene', Carol, Michelle and Aimee, and also for Rusty and Kim's unborn baby. I petition YOUR healing for them all. I ask YOUR blessings, for R2D2 and our spiritual family. I ask that YOU continue to unfold and reveal YOUR plan for me.
