Parallel universes. I wonder what I am doing at this exact time there!

Today is dedicated to "recharging". I feel so exhausted, mired in molasses, that I need today to face tomorrow!

The night shift didn't have "a night to remember", but it appears it was better than Friday night. I went out on some creaky limbs and took people and equipment out of the rotation and yet I lived to tell about it today! Even a blind hog sometimes finds an acorn! That's me. Oblivious to the obvious and always hungry!

Courtney, our little waitress from Abuelo's in Midland called last evening! I could tell who it was when Krl let loose a high shrill shriek and the girl talk began! Court was full of news including her recent marriage! Congratulations! We are planning on going in today just before she gets off work! Plans have already been put in place where she can wait on us even after she clocks out! This girl is full of spit and vinegar! Reminds me a lot of Miss Ollie! It should be a meal to remember!

FATHER, thank YOU for affording us this opportunity to recharge! Rest us well and rest us quickly! I pray for the physical health of those near and dear as well as those whose spiritual health is in peril! Deliver us all FATHER.
