Probably the one thing I miss most from the old seasonal jobsite is preparing the Thanksgiving meal for the crews. Lots of work, but very fulfilling. Those guys don't expect much, but they really appreciated our efforts!

Just don't try to feed them oyster dressing! Ha! You would have to be out of your element to understand or do that!

Lots of meat, lots of bread, lots of whole kernel corn!

With minimal help and minimal facilities we prepared for as many as 150 people.
