My sleep study is next Sunday night. I can't wait. However, I also have doubts about its validity because this will be one night out of a thousand since my last sleep study. I think it might be more "right" if I went in for several nights.

I will admit that I failed my last sleep study. Checked in at 8:30 and by 1:30 I was ready to leave. My night was done. And I probably didn't go to sleep until between ten and eleven. Crazy thing was I had to stay until five thirty for insurance to pay. The nurse had told me that I would have to repeat it.

Three years later I am.
