Just home from my sleep study.
I probably felt more rested than usual when I woke, but now I am beginning to jet lag.
I learned a little more about my situation last night. While the study shows no sleep apnea, there are some breathing issues! It seems when I go into deep sleep my breathing becomes very shallow, much like hyper-ventilating, and my oxygen level in my blood stream goes way down. They had three scenarios they wanted to try. We never got past a second variation of the first scenario.
This is going to take some getting use to if this is what they prescribe.
I got two return letters from my weekend writing last week. Ollie had court Wednesday and decided to accept a plea bargain for 180 days to be served in a State jail with credit for time served. This is a day for day deal with no early release. I am not really sure why she turned it down two weeks ago and accepted it this week. Of course with credit for time served it makes no difference. She says she believes she will serve her sentence in Gatesville.
The mighty Plowboys got beat last night by their old nemesis Albany. The Breckenridge Buckaroos won over the Jim Ned Indians, while the Sweetwater Mustangs rolled over the Vernon Lions. The Abilene High Eagles overcame a third quarter deficit to defeat Belton.
I was oblivious to the fact that Abilene High is ranked #1 in the nation by ESPN and in three weeks Florida Plant, the #2 team in ESPN's rankings will travel to Texas to play the Warbirds.
I think Jason and Devon are going to Glen Rose today with the little tractor. The parts for the big tractor didn't come in, so it will be one and done!
Have a weekend!
FATHER, I pray they can figure out my sleep issues.
