Bright golden sunshine, brilliant blue skies, wonderful weather!
I don't know why we sometimes spaz over things, GOD does just fine without our input! We are tested, we are tempted but we don't see the big picture. HIS brush is broad and multi-colored as HE paints our lives. We ask HIS forgiveness when we lack confidence in his ability to work HIS plan.
With this weather the fields are drying very well. There are a few farmers who think they will be back in the fields later today to spray. Possibly one or two more days and the cotton harvest should resume. Hopes and spirits continue to be high!
We continue to piddle. This is day two working on the primary forklift. I had to make one trip to Big Spring to pick up some pieces but hopefully we will complete this project and move on to other things late today or tomorrow.
I did locate a source for all the different varieties of wine from the St. Lawrence Winery. I passed this on to Becky and Kristy. Sad part is it is all in cardboard cases. No wooden crates. We can have all we want. There appears to be close to fifty cases. I guess I should dispose of some of it in order to enhance the rest! Ha! I get more and more of the story as each day goes by. Pretty interesting. When I get it all I will blog about it.
FATHER I pray that I might seize the opportunity to surrender this day, this week, this life to YOU. I continue to ask YOUR healing for Rene, Carol, and Michelle. I ask YOUR continued blessings for Aimee. I pray for the needs of our spiritual family and for the needs of the hurricane victims. I ask for a spiritual revival for R2D2. Do YOUR work through me, use me, transform me. May the GLORY be YOURS!
