I was telling Rian that the stripes on the "new and improved Winters Freeway" are from Hewlett/Packard. They are half black and half white and look like the test pattern when you align an ink cartridge! If I were to get a ticket I would definitely fight it. I can imagine my attorney asking the officer which was the closest match a or b, b or c. 1 or 2. Now with three lanes each direction to watch I figure we can confuse them!
