Sometimes when I pray, I pray with occasional humor. I have started to wonder, does GOD have a sense of humor? My answer is yes! If you dispute this you will have to prove it to me! I think that laughter is just one more of the tools that GOD has blessed us with. I tender the following for your consideration.

God is in his workshop during the midst of creation and he is surveying all the remaining parts he has. He quickly puts a group together and puts it in the creation oven and POOF!

"Jeezus"! God exclaims! And what he is looking at is what we know as an ostrich!

All the sudden the celestial intercom comes alive and a voice says, "Yes Dad?"

"Sorry son, I was just shocked for a sec"!

God goes back to work matching remaining parts. Finally he has a group ready and he clicks "create". "Oh Christ", GOD exclaimed! "This elephant has two tails!"

The celestial intercom gets busy again! "Yes Dad?"

"Sorry Son, my fault! When you get low on parts you get some weird animals!"

Turtles and rhinos, hippos and giraffe's! Our GOD created it all, and in the process he created a sense of humor!

FATHER, as different and as weird as some of your creations may be, I realize I am a misfit as well. I thank you for loving me as I am. FATHER I thank you for a safe week, a productive week. FATHER YOU have allowed me a one day weekend, rest me well, rest me fast! FATHER we have the pewee girls tonight, they are going with us tomorrow morning to your house to join with other believers in praising and worshiping you! Bless them FATHER, bless us in our efforts! FATHER we Love you, we WORSHIP and ADORE You! For your love FATHER!
