I wasn't aware, but Rian is attending a leadership series in Lubbock today. Dr. Garza, the LISD Superintendent picked six assistant principals to be invited. The first speaker was Jim Collins, author of Good to Great. The second speaker was Tony Dungy, the former head coach of the Indianapolis Colts. I believe John Maxwell is the next speaker.

Rian says so far it has been awesome.
