Thanks, I needed that.
I am off today. Thank YOU LORD! (Chris would say I am off everyday.).
I seem to be having trouble getting over last weekend. I was really thankful when I talked with K.O. and they were on the road again, that would have been tough. I was kidding K.O. that his work week was three days with the remaining four devoted to playing. They were going to Maxwell, picking up his other truck and continuing on to Nordheim. I do know that one day of his "work week" was spent working on competition equipment we had brought in last weekend.
Last weekend I was the "leader" of the small convoy. K.O. told me yesterday they were taking a different route, which made very little sense to me. They were going to Lampasas and then cutting across and getting on a road to Johnson City and then to San Marcos. I would think if they wanted to go that route they would go Coleman, Santa Anna, Brady, Mason, Fredericksburg, Johnson City, San Marcos. Now I am curious!
Krl completed the best week this off season for her trucks and drivers. Good job! They are both off loading in Laredo and will reload for Lubbock, Monday delivery.
My infernal internal alarm clock seems to be "on" again. I made myself stay in bed until 6:26 today, which is close to two hours later than the previous two days. I have some correspondence to do, then Krl wants to begin a project in the office. I am all for it!
The parts store was very spotty this past week. It seemed as though the traffic was very erratic. It did seem that we had more "research" than usual.
Have a day and a weekend!
FATHER, thank YOU for time off. Help me to use it wisely. FATHER I lift up Francis V. and her family, and Jimmy Dean S. 's family for YOUR comfort and care. Fill their void with good memories. FATHER, I continue to lift up Memama for YOUR gifts of healing. Thank YOU for YOUR love.
