Self realization of one's limitations is the first step in enlightenment.

Why is it:

If I put a shirt on in the dark, the pocket will be on my back?

If I am lucky it will be right side out.

If I put on a pair of pants in the dark, odds are both of my legs will be in the same pant leg.

If I put socks on in the dark, odds are one will be wrong side out. I don't even worry about the color.

When I go in to buy a lottery ticket, I tell the clerk I would like to make a donation.

The only lottery I ever won was the draft lottery.
